Job summary

Brook Street Social Care is recruiting experienced and passionate Support Workers to work across supported living, residential, learning disability, mental health and specialist care services throughout South Wales.

As a temporary Support Worker, you'll support vulnerable adults with daily living tasks, personal care where required, community access and social activities, helping them live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' UK paid care or support work experience.
• A caring, positive and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous but not essential.
• DBS on the Update Service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks.
• Provide personal care where required.
• Support community access and social activities.
• Promote positive outcomes for clients.
