The role involves flexible hours including weekends and sleep-ins. You will support daily choices, manage personal care with dignity, and help with bills, housing and social activities while empowering clients to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Patience and empathy for individuals with varying needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork across staff and professionals.
• Ability to speak on behalf of others and record events with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in a supported living setting with daily choices and goals.
• Assist with personal care with dignity and respect.
• Help manage finances, bills and home upkeep.
