Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is seeking a Support Worker for Clwb Cartrefi in Porthmadog, Gwynedd. The role supports people with learning disabilities to live fulfilled lives both at home and in the community. Training is provided, with opportunities for progression and a strong emphasis on person-centred support.

The position offers flexible hours (part time or full time) with travel and mileage paid at 55p per mile, and a sleep-in rate of £60 per night. A full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Help people live independently and participate in activities.
• Provide flexible, sessional support including homecare and day support within the community.
• Assist with daily living tasks while promoting dignity and consent.
• Support individuals to plan and achieve personal goals and maintain routines.
