Hft is seeking a Support Worker in Bath to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way. You will support independence, promote participation in daily activities, and help people maintain health, safety and wellbeing with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Enable people to make their own choices and live life in a way that feels right.
• Encourage participation in activities that bring connection and enjoyment.
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing while respecting decisions.
• Support attendance at health appointments and medication management.
• Build independence and confidence through new skills.
• Stand alongside people for daily living tasks including personal care when needed.
• Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding practices.
