Job summary

Sense College Streatley is seeking a reliable Support Worker to assist young people and adults with complex disabilities. You will help learners access learning, build independence and participate in meaningful activities in a person-centred way.

The role is part-time, fixed-term, 14 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays 8:45am–3:45pm across 45 weeks. Training will be provided and safeguarding commitments are in place.

Qualifications

• Prev. caring or support experience (paid or voluntary)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each learner's plan.
• Assist with mobility, daily living activities and health/wellbeing as needed.
• Support learners to participate in activities and develop independence.
