Job summary

Outward is seeking a proactive Support Worker in NE London to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will combine direct care with helping people live independently, in their own flats or shared housing, and develop essential life skills within a person-centred framework.

No previous professional care experience is required; training including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to the people we support.
• Key work with the people we support, discussing support needs, identifying risk areas and contributing to support plans and daily notes.
• Advise managers of any concerns related to the people we support care and report any incidents or SOVAs.
• Work across one service or across one floating support team.
