Job summary

Outward is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. You will deliver person‑centred care, support daily living activities, and help service users access the community. Training including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is provided.

A driving licence is advantageous; DBS for successful candidates will be required. This permanent full‑time role sits in North East London, with 38 hours per week and a salary in the Real

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and support to people we support.
• Develop and follow support plans and daily notes with key workers.
• Report concerns about care or safety to the manager.
• Work in a single service or across a floating team as needed.
• Support people to live independently and with wellbeing.
