Hft in the United Kingdom is seeking a Support Worker to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way, promoting independence, choice, and dignity. You will support daily activities, accompany residents to appointments, and help them engage in community activities.

Qualifications

• Patience, respect for people’s choices and supportive approach.
• Willingness to learn and pursue a Health and Social Care qualification.
• Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, waking and sleep-in shifts.
• Experience in social care is welcome but not essential.

Responsabilités
