We value patience, outstanding communication, and a flexible, compassionate approach. You will work to promote inclusion, attend health appointments when needed, and develop new skills alongside those you support.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care is welcome but not essential.
• Attitude and values matter most.
• Willingness to learn and work towards a qualification.

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to make choices and live independently.
• Support participation in social, leisure, and community activities.
• Promote wellbeing and safety while respecting decisions.
• Assist with attending appointments and managing medication.
