A dedicated social care provider in Nottingham is seeking passionate Support Workers to provide care to adults with learning disabilities and autism. The successful candidate will ensure service users' needs and preferences are met while promoting their wellbeing. Responsibilities include adhering to care plans, maintaining community connections, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications

• Experience with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and autism in an adult service.
• Commitment to achieving relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Service Users' wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the service.
• Support Service Users to maintain relationships with the local community.
• Inform Team Leader/Nurse of any changes in the needs of Service Users.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of those individuals supported.
• Adhere to Infection Control Policy and Procedures.
