Job summary

Turning Point Scotland Inverclyde are seeking a Support Practitioner to provide practical and emotional support to adults with a wide range of needs. You may work 1:1 or with others in a team, delivering person-centred care in daily living activities, maintaining safety and wellbeing. The role includes various shifts and a permanent/casual contract.

Salary ranges £25,879–£26,843 with IT skills required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.

• IT skills are required for all vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to adults with learning and physical disabilities.
• Encourage individuals to achieve their personal outcomes in daily living, including safety, activities, community involvement, and relationships.
• Work on 1:1 bases or in a team to deliver person-centred support.
• Support shifts may include days, nights, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.
