Eden Futures is hiring a Specialist Support Worker on a full-time basis to support adults in their own homes and in the community. The role offers a salary equivalent to £28,828.80 per year based on a 42-hour week, paid at £13.20 per hour, with bonus eligibility through a refer-a-friend scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months experience in care.
• Values-based recruitment approach prioritises values alongside skills.

Responsabilités

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Support individuals to stay safe and safeguarded from harm.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, practical tasks at home and personal care.
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report care and wellbeing issues to monitor health.
