Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking Bank Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in supported living settings and in the community. You’ll gain flexibility, training, and development opportunities while making a real difference.

Role pays £12.71 per hour; the annual salary shown is illustrative for pro rata hours. A £500 refer-a-friend bonus is available, and sponsorship is not offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Help individuals stay safe, safeguarding their welfare and wellbeing.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, and personal care as needed.
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report and record care and support issues to monitor wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and ensure welfare of others.
