Job summary

Eden Futures in the United Kingdom is seeking dedicated Specialist Support Workers to join our team across Supported Living services. You’ll support individuals in their own homes and in the community, helping them live as independently as possible.

We hire for values first and skills second, and provide pathways for development, including e-learning, training, and care certificates. There is a £13.20/hour rate with a 42-hour week and a £500 refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months' experience in care required.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life according to their wishes and plans.
• Safeguard welfare and respond to safeguarding concerns.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, and personal care as needed.
• Act as a point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Follow Health and Safety regulations and promote welfare.
