Job summary

Teach is recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across Dereham and surrounding areas, in mainstream and SEND settings. You will support learning activities, help manage routines and provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs.

We welcome candidates with SEND experience or transferable care/youth work, and offer flexible assignments across Dereham. All roles involve safeguarding checks in line with current legislation and guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Experience with SEND welcomed, particularly autism/ADHD needs.
• Ability to work as part of a wider school team.

Responsibilities

• Support learning activities for individuals or small groups.
• Assist with classroom routines and behaviour management.
• Provide appropriate support to pupils with additional needs.
