Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with additional needs is welcomed but not essential.
• All applicants require appropriate safeguarding training and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons and interventions
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students
• Adapt activities to meet individual needs and EHCP outcomes
• Foster independence, communication and social development
• Contribute to a positive behaviour environment and routines
• Collaborate with therapists, families and professionals
• Help students prepare for adulthood and independent living
