Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND is mandatory.
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service is mandatory.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Patient, resilient and compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom-based support to students with SEND.
• Deliver 1:1 support where required.
• Build positive relationships to encourage engagement and progress.
• Work closely with teachers and the SEND team to provide effective support.
