Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Teaching Assistant for our partner school in Milton Keynes. Start ASAP, term-time contract, full-time with flexible days. You will support classes, 1:1 and small group interventions, and work with a multi-disciplinary team to help students progress.

You'll bring experience working with children, a calm approach, and a commitment to inclusive education. Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or willingness to develop is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally in SEN or SEMH setting.
• Calm, compassionate, and patient approach.
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students and staff.
• Genuine passion for education and supporting vulnerable learners.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students in their learning and development across a range of subjects
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being
• Providing 1:1 and small group interventions
