Job summary

Academics Ltd in Gloucestershire is seeking a passionate SEN Learning Support Worker to join our team. You will support learners daily with SEMH and academic needs, creating a safe, engaging environment where everyone can learn and thrive, while collaborating with experienced teaching staff.

You will help learners manage behaviour, build social and emotional skills, and deliver targeted interventions in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
• Must be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS check.
