Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistant to support students in secondary schools across the Eastleigh area. • Experience working with young people is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4.
• Provide 1:1 support and small-group interventions.
• Help students stay engaged and motivated during lessons.
• Assist with lesson preparation and resources.
• Support positive behaviour and classroom routines.
• Follow safeguarding policies.
