Job summary

Thrive Group is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Liverpool. You will support pupils across the secondary age range, helping them access learning, build confidence and reach their full potential.

Working alongside teaching and pastoral teams, you will contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment and provide 1:1 and small-group support, with potential for longer-term opportunities in education.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom through 1:1 and small-group interventions.
• Work closely with teachers to help pupils engage with learning and progress.
• Provide support to pupils who require additional academic, behavioural or emotional help.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff to foster confidence and good behaviour.
