UKCIL Ltd in Norwich seeks a Female Personal Assistant to support a 48-year-old woman with complex health needs. The role covers health and wellbeing, travel, meal prep, personal care and domestic tasks.

Shifts run 11:30–22:00 with possible adhoc night shifts; 15 hours per week. DBS check and two references required; paid induction and training, including moving and handling and health‑specific training.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or as a Personal Assistant.
• Comfort providing personal care when required.
• Able to prepare gluten‑free meals.
• Comfortable living in a home with a cat.
• Reliable, flexible and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Support health, wellbeing and community participation.
• Assist with activities, travel and mobility needs.
• Monitor for hypoglycaemia and fatigue; CGM support.
• Provide domestic support: cleaning, laundry, bedding.
• Meal preparation, batch cooking, gluten free handling.
• Support food and fluid intake; prompt medication when needed.
• Assist with wheelchair use indoors and outdoors.
• Diary management, appointments and rota planning.
