Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a Personal Assistant in Norwich to support a young woman living independently. The role is 8 hours per week with a wage of £14.56 per hour (employed).

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn about health conditions (ME/CFS, Ehlers-Danlos, POTS, Histamine intolerance, Osteoporosis, Dysautonomia).
• Sensitivity to energy limitations and preference for a quiet, calming environment.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to cover weekends twice a year with prior notice.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation according to a medical diet and light cooking.
• Household tasks: cleaning, laundry, ironing, shopping.
• Support to remain independent and manage daily living activities.
• Provide transport to medical appointments and accompany to notes/advocacy.
