Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a reliable Personal Assistant in Norwich to support a young woman with daily living, safety and independence. The role involves assisting with personal care, meals, household tasks and community activities, while keeping routines and schedules flexible to fit school terms.

The position is paid hourly at £12.89–£15.55, with the possibility of higher self-employed rates. Term-time and holiday hours are defined, with holiday adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable and patient with good timekeeping.
• Comfortable providing personal care and support.
• Ability to follow routines and organise household tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Help move around safely at home and in the community.
• Support parenting responsibilities for the daughter, including school runs.
• Provide practical help with family routines, activities and outings.
• Prepare healthy meals in line with dietary preferences.
• Help with household tasks, cleaning, tidying and organising.
• Assist during shopping trips, appointments and community activities.
• Organise paperwork, documents, appointments and tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow agreed routines and safety arrangements.
