Job summary

Teaching Vacancies is seeking a Lecturer in Maths for Supported Learning in Warwickshire to teach Basic Skills and Level One Maths to students, including those with EHC Plans. The role is pro rata with a salary range shown below.

The post holder will contribute to the college's quality models, undertake planning and assessment tasks, and uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards in line with college policies.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience and skills relevant to Maths and Functional Skills.
• Ability to teach Basic Skills, Entry Level and Level One Functional Skills Maths.
• Willingness to undertake CPD and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Maths teaching programmes and subject delivery.
• Prepare and assess teaching materials and maintain records.
• Perform administrative tasks and adhere to college requirements.
• Participate in internal verification, lesson observations and quality processes.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and safeguarding obligations.
