Job summary

Turning Point UK is seeking a Wellbeing and Community Navigator to support people with Learning Disabilities in Warwickshire. You will provide information, one-to-one wellbeing sessions, and group workshops, helping service users gain life skills and independent living.

The role involves signposting to local services, building community links, and travel across the region. A driving licence and own vehicle are required; shift pattern is Mon-Fri 9-5 with some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Learning Disabilities and Autism is essential.
• Passionate, caring and enthusiastic; flexible, patient and non-judgmental.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills and a proactive team player.
• Driving licence and own vehicle required for travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and advice in 1 to 1 drop-in sessions.
• Facilitate wellbeing sessions and develop individual wellbeing plans.
• Run group wellbeing workshops and contribute to service improvements.
• Signpost to local services and community activities.
• Build regional links and refer service users to opportunities.
