Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of quality in service provision by meeting expectations and performance criteria.
• Participate in Performance Management meetings, agree objectives and review progress.
• Promote health and safety, complete risk assessments where appropriate, and follow policies.
• Support service users with personal care, daily tasks and independent living goals.
• Collaborate with other professionals, liaise with services, and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvements and to a person-centred approach.
