Job summary

Key Care & Support in the Trafford area is expanding and recruiting Support Workers to deliver high-quality care for people with learning disabilities and autism. You will promote independence, dignity and a comfortable daily life through person-centred support.

You must hold a UK driving licence and be prepared to work flexible hours with a minimum of 30 hours per week. We offer guaranteed hours, competitive rates, pension contributions and ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months UK experience in a similar role.
• Essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be driver with UK licence and clean background.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to people we care for to improve quality of life.
• Assist with daily tasks including budgeting, cooking, cleaning and appointments.
• Support community inclusion and maintain dignity and respect.
• Assist with personal care as required and promote safety and wellbeing.
