Job summary

Key Care & Support is expanding services in Trafford, offering full and part-time Support Worker contracts. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and autism, requiring a UK driving licence and a driver with flexible weekend hours. Excellent communication and a person-centred approach are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 months of UK experience in a similar care role.
UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

Support people to live independently – budgeting, paying bills, housework, cooking healthy meals.
Promote positive relationships and effective communication with the people we support.
Enable access to local community and social events to develop life skills.
Assist with personal care, including medication prompts and bathing when required.
