Home Group is seeking a Financial Inclusion Partner to help customers achieve financial independence and sustained tenancies in the Peterborough area. You will promote financial well-being, assist with welfare benefits, and work with local authorities and partners to signpost people to support.

You will also enable access to digital financial tools and grants, with a focus on community engagement and hybrid working across communities, home, and office locations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of welfare benefit system, DWP and Local Authority processes.
• Experience giving advice and advocating for people with finances.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage diverse communities.
• Owns a vehicle insured for business use (mileage paid).

Responsabilités

• Deliver a financial inclusion service to support customers' financial well-being.
• Ensure customers claim and receive welfare benefits to maximise income and sustain tenancies.
• Collaborate with Local authorities and community partnerships to signpost customers to support.
• Access appropriate grants and bursaries in collaboration with customers.
• Help customers use digital tools for online financial services.
