Home Group is seeking a Financial Inclusion Partner in the UK to empower customers towards financial independence through tailored advice and support. You will work within our housing management team on tenancy sustainment, delivering a community-focused financial inclusion service and helping clients access welfare benefits.

You’ll collaborate with Local authorities, signpost customers to support and access grants, and promote digital skills to improve independence.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of the welfare benefit system, DWP and Local Authority processes.
• Experience providing advice, support and advocating for people who need help with their finances.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Vehicle insured for business purposes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a brilliant financial inclusion service to enable customers' financial well-being in the community.
• Help customers claim and receive welfare benefits to maximise income and sustain tenancies.
• Collaborate with Local authorities and community partnerships to signpost customers to support.
• Ensure access to grants and bursaries in collaboration with customers.
• Support customers in developing digital skills to access online financial services.
