Responsibilities

• Support individuals to develop or improve independent living skills per person-centred plans.
• Assist with domestic or social skills and personal care.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to implement individual and group support programmes.
• Promote a safe working and living environment and manage conflicts with appropriate language.
• Ensure medication is stored and administered per the service's policy.
• Record and log information in line with reporting guidelines and training.
