Job summary

Affinity Trust in the March and Chatteris area is seeking a Male Bank Support Worker to assist two gentlemen in their homes. The post offers a bank contract with no set hours and an hourly rate of £13.45, described as the real living wage. Full training is provided and sponsorship is not available.

You will support daily activities, outings, and socially engaging tasks such as board games, helping individuals maintain independence and personal choices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to two gentlemen in their homes across March and Chatteris
• Assist with daily activities, outings and social activities such as board games
• Encourage independence and help individuals make personal choices
• Complete tasks that enable confidence and personal growth, including through everyday activities such as meal preparation
