Affinity Trust is seeking caring support workers to assist two gentlemen in their homes across March and Chatteris. You will help with daily tasks, outings, and activities that promote independence and confidence, including music and games.

We offer full training and an enhanced DBS check; sponsorship is not available for this position. You will join a team dedicated to empowering people to live more independently in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required
• Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010

Responsibilities

• Provide support to two gentlemen in their homes across the March and Chatteris area, including outings and day trips.
• Assist with daily tasks to promote independence and personal growth.
• Support workers engage in meaningful activities like board games and music.
