Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a Support Worker in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. This part-time role (24 hours/week) is fixed-term until May 2027 and involves supporting a woman in her 40s at home to live independently, with long-day shifts and a sleep-in.

Pay: £13.45 per hour, the 'real living wage'

You will support a lady in her 40s who lives in her own home, helping her to live independently and enjoy the activities she loves. A full UK driving licence is essential as she enjoys going on long drives, as well as shopping trips, walks and eating out. The role involves working long-day shifts followed by a sleep-in, providing consistent and person-centred support throughout the day and overnight. This is a fixed-term position running until May 2027.
