Agincare is seeking a Bank Support Worker for our Melksham service to help individuals with learning disabilities build confidence and independence. You will provide everyday support tailored to interests, from visits to the local pub to holiday adventures, while promoting safety and community involvement.

The role offers up to £13.20 per hour, a refer a friend bonus, full training, career development, and Blue Light Card discounts.

Qualifications

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust.
• A team player who values consistency.
• A Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
