Job summary

National Care Group Limited is recruiting a SEN Learning Support Worker for Regent College in the UK. The role is 30 hours per week, paying £12.85 per hour, and focuses on enabling learners to achieve vocational, social and independent life skills within a supportive team.

We value safeguarding, inclusive culture, and on-the-job paid training that can lead to recognised qualifications. You will work across community settings to support learners with diverse support needs.

Qualifications

• Caring attitude and motivation to help learners achieve goals.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Resilience and willingness to seek support when needed.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Level 2 English and Maths preferred or willingness to progress toward it.
