Job summary

Regent College, part of National Care Group, is recruiting for SEN Learning Support Workers to support learners aged 16 to 25 with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The role mainly operates in the local community and offers opportunities to pursue qualifications.

You will earn £12.85 per hour for 30 hours per week, with paid training and a pathway to recognised qualifications within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A caring attitude, with a passion for supporting others and a motivation to see them achieve goals.
• A team player, able to work effectively with other colleagues.
• Resilience to keep going at difficult times and the confidence to ask for support if needed.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Level 2 English & Maths is preferred but not required – willingness to progress or work towards Level 2
