Job summary

National Care Group Limited is recruiting a SEN Learning Support Worker for Regent College in the UK. The role is 30 hours per week, paying £12.85 per hour, and focuses on enabling learners to achieve vocational, social and independent life skills within a supportive team.

We value safeguarding, inclusive culture, and on-the-job paid training that can lead to recognised qualifications. You will work across community settings to support learners with diverse support needs.

SEN Learning Support Worker

Service: Regent College

We are currently recruiting Full Time SEN Learning Support Workers to join our Team at Regent College.

A role in SEN is more that “Just a job”. You are enabling and supporting people to achieve great things.

Regent College is part of National Care Group. We provide specialist education to young people aged 16 to 25. As a small independent college, we develop bespoke study programmes that promote independence support individual goals. We support young adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours and complex needs. As a SEN learning support worker, you will empower learners to develop vocational, social and independent life skills. At Regent college the majority of learning takes place in the local community. Learners have the opportunity to volunteer or take part in work placements which allows them to develop important skills for the world of work. We are proud of our wonderful learners and amazing team as we continue to work together to achieve great outcomes.
