The National Autistic Society is recruiting a Support Worker for Cardiff Autism Centre. Join a team providing personalised support to autistic adults, following individual care plans and daily routines. This part-time role offers meaningful opportunities to help people live more independent lives in a move-on service.

Applicants should be caring, reliable, with a positive attitude; experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential. Driving licence preferred; DBS checks required.

• Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts).
• Support life skills & independence (budgeting, shopping, meal preparation).
