The National Autistic Society is recruiting a Support Worker (Driver) at Longford Court in Neath, Wales. You will help people live their best lives by following support plans and daily routines, including personal care and daily activities, with a focus on independence and activity participation.

We welcome applicants with a caring attitude; driving licence (minimum one year) is essential. DBS checks apply and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Inspire others with a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people.
• Autism experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts).
• Support life skills & independence (budgeting, shopping, meal preparation).
