As a Support Worker you will assist with personal care, encourage activities, and help develop life skills such as budgeting and meal preparation. A driving licence is essential and flexible evenings and weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• Caring and supportive attitude toward autistic adults.
• Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Encourage activities like swimming, hiking, arts & crafts.
• Support life skills, budgeting, shopping, and meals.
