Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is seeking an Employment & Training Hub Support Officer to be a frontline contact for residents, jobseekers, learners and employers. You will assist in running the Hub, promoting opportunities and delivering events to help people into work and training.

The Economic Development Team plays a vital role in supporting businesses, creating opportunities for enterprise, and helping people develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed. At the heart of this work is our Employment & Training Hub, a welcoming space that supports people aged 16+ into employment, training, and further opportunities, while also helping local businesses with recruitment and workforce development.

As an Employment & Training Hub Support Officer, you'll be one of the first points of contact for residents, jobseekers, learners and local businesses.
You'll support the day-to-day running of the Hub, ensuring every visitor receives a positive experience whether they connect with us in person, by phone, email or through events.
