The Role targets an employment solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE to join as a Partner, managing client relationships, fee structures, and growing a personal practice through business development.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Experience generating work through contacts and business development.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow client following.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert employment law services at Partner level.
• Lead client relationships and fee arrangements.
