Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Proactively generate work through contacts and BD.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial with desire to grow own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner-level role with strong business development expectations.
• Maintain and grow a personal employment client base.
• Collaborate with the firm’s partner network and PD initiatives.
