Job summary

Kingsley Wood, an innovative legal consultancy, seeks an experienced employment solicitor to join as a Partner with full autonomy over client relationships, fee arrangements, and growth opportunities. You will lead business development, leverage a collaborative partner network, and benefit from modern tech infrastructure to build a sustainable practice.

We require 4+ years PQE in employment law, strong drafting and advocacy, and an entrepreneurial mindset capable of expanding your own client

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Able to generate work through existing contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities
