• 4+ years PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow own client following.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Partner and participate in business development.
• Manage complex employment matters with autonomy and client focus.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and revenue streams.
• Draft, advise on, and negotiate employment agreements and settlements.
