Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Partner and manage client relationships in employment law.
• Participate in business development to grow the practice.
• Provide high-quality drafting and advisory work on complex employment matters.
