EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR

CHELMSFORD, ESSEX
£45,000 - £50,000

QED Legal are keen to speak with an Employment Solicitor regarding an opportunity with a well-established, top tier, Legal 500 law firm in Chelmsford, Essex. You'll get amazing exposure and support.

The ideal candidate will be NQ - 3 years' PQE, with experience in employment law. Newly qualified solicitors are welcome to apply, although those with 1-2 years' PQE would be particularly well suited.

You will join an established and collaborative team, advising both employers and employees across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The role will involve advising on a varied range of employment matters, including:

• Employment contracts and workplace policies
• Disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Performance management and absence issues
• Dismissals, redundancies and restructures
• Settlement agreements
• Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal and discrimination

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their own caseload, build strong client relationships and work alongside experienced colleagues, whilst taking on increasing responsibility as their experience grows.
