QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded national team in Cambridge, advising a varied employer client base on contentious and non-contentious matters with supervision from senior lawyers.

You’ll handle day‑to‑day advisory work and Employment Tribunal matters, draft clear documentation, and develop your client relationships and technical expertise within a collaborative, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–5 years' employment law experience.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to manage matters with supervision.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive in building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims and providing day‑to‑day employment law advice.
• Drafting clear, accurate legal documentation and undertaking relevant legal research.
• Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and professional contacts.
